Welcome to our Affymetrix Sequence Server. We have 3 different programs that may be of interest to you. Our first one is the Promoter Retrieval/Analysis program. Given the affymetrix ID (i.e. 18003_at) or AGI ID (i.e. At3g12930), and a specific range upstream, one can retrieve promoter sequences with the option of saving them for further study or sending these sequences off to MEME for analysis. The second is one is Batch-Affy, which retreives the cDNA and protein sequences from the databases. And finally, we have set up a simple search to extract only annotation for the genes, Batch Desc, in case you want the data without sequences

This data set has 8297 entries. It is Affymetrix's first Arabidopsis GeneChip. In our system now, only 8111 entries are annotated. For the other 186 it is difficult to associate genes to Affy IDs.
This data set has 22814 entries, which is Affymetrix's whole Arabidopsis Genome. The second chip to be released. We have almost all entries except for those named (orf 543 etc).

We have the whole databases as well as files intended for the Genespring software.
